Quebec Skilled Worker Program

Requirements

Language
The official language of Quebec is French. French is most commonly spoken in the city. So, it is mandatory to showcase your skills in the French language. The program also considers you proficiency in English. But your skills in French would fetch you more points to be eligible for the immigration program. There are various classifications of proficiency from basic to advanced level.
Family Members
If you have a family already living in Quebec, it would be beneficial for you. But, you need to keep in mind that it would be favorable only when you intend to live in Quebec and not in other parts of Canada. Family members such as a spouse, child, parent, or grandparent can apply. Other family members or distant relatives are not eligible.
