The Northwest Territories Provincial Nominee Program or NWT PNP allows foreign workers to settle in the province after they follow a set of government guidelines.

- Occupations require certification or accreditation.

- The company has been in operation for at least a year.
- Employer-provided jobs are PR or Canadian citizens.
- Demonstrate a desire to invest in a business.
- In the Yellowknife area, a minimum investment of CAD $300,000 is required; outside of Yellowknife, a minimum investment of CAD $150,000 is required.
- Personal net worth must be at least CAD $500,000 in Yellowknife or CAD $250,000 outside of Yellowknife.
- You need to have a good understanding of the field, rich experience, and education.
- Understanding of the economy in the Northwest Territories.
- A minimum score of CLB 4 indicating your English language proficiency
- Job offer for a full-time position at NOC C or D.
- Permit to Work
- Work experience of six months.
- Proof of financial resources.

- Employer has been in business for at least 6 months.
